Space_Demon, you can go ahead and sell them to us, but you won't get the store gatherers bonus $$$ unless you apply as a shop gatherer.

New shop update! All shop gatherers are expected to bring in materials. If they do not bring in materials for a set period of time, then they will lose their jobs. I will send a warning message to a shop gatherer if they have not brought in anything for awhile, and if they still don't bring anything in, then they will lose their job. Sorry, but we need people who are gathering to be gatherers (obvious). We don't just want people who bring in a spare stack of cobble in every now and then for bonus $$$.

Space_Demon, I accept you application. Although, I would prefer if you could tell me what resources you're best at gathering. Also know that I will want you to gather Nether items as well.
