Another expansion land is being created to allow citizens only to have their own farms.

Enderman exp and Enderpearl farm is ready!!! Citizens prices: 14k for 1 hour, 10k for 30 mins, 6k for 10 mins!
Non-Citizens: 18k for 1 hour, 14k for 30 mins, 8k for 10 mins!
