For the zoning can we have multiple zonings? Eg zone the floor of a floating platform city to prevent anyone but the owner from making wholes in the town

The zone will cover the entire city.

I m worried that some of the resident might accidentally make holes I the ground, since end got no block log I won't know who did it.

The border has been expanded 1000 blocks in all directions.
This is the first phase of expanding the map, we will look at making it larger in the coming days, as well as making the new towns the default one. It is worth mentioning that the new towns are not completed yet, but are almost done. However, you will be able to explore 3 of them thus far :)
