ok but he was not helping anyone :P he was selling/buying a house i think i got screenshot on it  im gonna check if i printed or not :/

If u want a mod to help you, please use /helpop (reason) . This will catch their attention, as the mods will receive a MSG notifying them that u need them... The reason they don't reply when u shout in the chat box is because, usually tons of ppl are speaking, and ur MSG probably get pushed up, hope this was helpful.
