Please unban me

I was banned for griefing, can you please unban me I wont do it again.  I have learned my lesson and have enough materials to not grief, thank you so much I love this server because there is no pvp.

Hi, I need to be unbanned again (sorry) because some moderator came to my house in opticraft with his friend strongo and destroyed the house next to me then banned me.  I think they are up to something suspicious because I don't think I did anything wrong.  Thanks guys, your rock opticraft. Oh, and by the waty the moderator guy destroyed the house by using the tree greif technique which places trees in a specified location I guess and destroys everything in that spot and replaces is with trees, I read that on the minecraft wiki.
