Ya I've seen it a couple of times and even asked Relkeb about it once.
The russian words were meant to mean minecraft community. Of course there's no russian word for minecraft so Relkeb had something figured out. I'm very certain the second word means community but the first word makes little to no sense to me, and i can understand russian. Of course I'm not fully fluent with all my vocab :P
