Nonono, I never asked for water ever since I became trusted :P
And just so you know, I can place water :P
So I guess top voter rank depends on what you were beforehand. :D
For me, it's trusted. :)

Oh and if there was a three way tie, all three would get the same prize.

Maybe trusted top voter will have a dark green color, and member top voter will have a light green color, if not smite69 who is a member top voter, will nvr get to be trusted, as most ppl assume all top voters are trusted.
