They give random items from the roof of the market. It are random people that are doing this. The most people are saying it in the chat.

I have made about 6-8 times, free drop party.

Now, I have stopped doing it. Maybe in this weekend, I will make an-inventory drop party.

lol, depending what mood I'm in I normally do a stack of diamonds, so far I've dropped around 150 of them. So who knows I'll probably do another one of these again.  :)
