I got banned and i dont know why

so i was trying to play today but it said i got banned, i'm not a griefer and i don't swear why?

I found 140 blocks of grief on and around the giant birch tree another member built near southtown.

so the ban is permanent? because i really like this server and i vote everyday :/ i didnt know it was forbidden to get wood from that tree

It's 7 day ban. I will lower it when I am online next.
