2. I'm actually pretty serious, if an extremely large effort is put in by me, do you think I could have a larger room off the castle completely belonging to me?

To answer you questions, not currently am i on mumble for i dont have a mic that works on comp yet :/. and everyones suites will be large. the content of the room belongs to you. but the structure is mine. this is so if in extreme cases of being banned for certain things or stealing, grief, or just intentionally causing havok to peoples lives then i could evict that person meaning they are no longer a resident but i will allow them to take there stuff with them. so yes you will have a large suite to yourself. but the actual part of the castle its in belongs to me. you own all things you put in it and decorate i with.
