banned for xraying!?!? what the hell.

I am very confused and annoyed that I got banned for xraying... like what the hell? you have no proof and i have no mods or anything installed for this purpose and im right pissed off for this, because i was just straight up strip mining... can someone help me with this? because i am very annoyed and was thoroughly enjoying this server up until now.

I was following you with googlemyshmoogle and we saw you digging straight to ores for 5 minutes without ANY not even one torch. I will not be reducing the ban. I saw what I saw.
