Due to inactivity, dj301 is now a donator, and since DEWEYMEISTER has been really active in enderpolis and has been helping me with the city, he has been upgraded to VICE-MAYOR....

D00M I know it say citizen apps are closed but can I be a member of your city I run my own but it isn't very busy I wouldn't build a house there though I just want to be a member and help donate.
