Operators can spawn the dragon(or at least dedly can).

The melon farm is fine. The experience farms however im more concerned about :|

my exp farm is designed to use few pistons, as not all spawned enderman drops down, however this
http://www.opticraft.net/index.php/topic,8447.0.html, uses TONS of pistons and every enderman spawns activates pistons, and cause lagg...

Jk, but at least the melon farm issue is solved. So there. It's over.
But now it's about exp farms :/
