I need help with some destruction

Right outside my house is an old, long since been griefed house. it has 3 doors, and i can not destroy them. it is beyond ugly. For the month ive been here, i have seen no attempt to rebuild or any sign of residence. i know they could come back, but i think in all reality it wouldnt hurt to have it torn down. if a fuss arises, ill build them another house or let them move into my town.

For those who dont read the whole thing: I want 3 doors not belonging to me destroyed

     eventually some people come back & how you said you would build another  would make me happy ,... KNOCK IT DOWN !!!
