Well then that it TehxP's fault, and your items should be returned, if possible. If not, in my opinion Teh should pay for your stuff back, but I don't know, that is up to him.

I was online for part of this mess, and unfortunately these types of things are very difficult to solve because it comes down to, "he said/she said" disputes.
Victino, the fact that you gave your items was your decision, you only needed to return Strongo's 'claimed' items. I don't know if you killed the guy, whether on accident, purposely, or even not at all, but either way you did not have to give him your own personal items. Also, while TehxP was trying to handle the situation, you got huffy and logged off for a few minutes before coming back online. I suggest both you and TehxP talk about this calmly, and like adults.
Next time if something like this happens, get as much proof as possible for yourself, such as: A screenshot (hit your f2 key) of that persons death, if it was even announced when he claims you killed him. Take a screenshot of your inventory as well, and the chest location (it it happens to be another Chest'N'Seek event).
And most importantly, REMAIN CALM. Do not panic. If you did not do anything, then don't panic. Calmly explain your side of the story rather than, "I didn't take their stuff." Explain what you were doing, like the explanation you gave in this thread. Provide the proof I listed above, because it helps the moderators narrow down the possibilities and find the truth.
Was there a death announcement of Strongo before you touched the chest?
- Yes: Either you accidentally killed him, someone else did who had already left the area, or he simply fell in his attempt to get to the chest, and unfortunately either way you are left with the blame.
- No: Then he is clearly lying, and your screenshot would prove this. Make sure the mod handling the situation checks for themselves as well (though they should have already).
Which chest was it from the "Chest'N'Seek" game?
- By providing the information of which chest, a moderator has the ability to see who took items from it, which helps us with figuring out if you stole the items from a persons dead body, or merely took the prizes from the chest.
What was in your inventory?
- Tell the mods EXACTLY what you picked up out of the chest, and if you did find any items on the ground, list what they were. They can then compare your inventory (that they should already be able to see with mod commands), to what was taken from the chest.
