Is This Griefing?

My friend passed over his nether wart farm to me, and then somebody built one literally touching mine. I was thinking of expanding, but the other farm got in the way. So, is this griefing?

It'd be getting in the way, but not necessarily griefing, unless they did it intentionally.

For now, you can expand in a different direction if you are able to do so.

P.S. Logan I was asking if building too close to someone else's build is griefing  ;)

You can ask them to move theirs away. or wait for them to not show up for a week, then an op could possible 'deal' with it.
