i was on another server a few weeks back and they had a lottery plug-in i have noticed that opticraft smp doesn't have this, it is a nice little touch and would be fun.. just a thought X

I Would love to see this implemented. However, the Admins are determined that the server remain as close to vanilla minecraft as possible, so I'm not sure that they would implement plugins that are not absolutely necessary (Such as This)
Though as i said, i think that this would be a worthy addition to the server.
