How Many Votes Until You Are 'Ranked' up in The Server ?

Ranks are not dependent on how many votes you put in. It's dependent on a variety of in-game factors, described here.

If you get in the top 3 votes for all players in the server you can get Top Voter rank... But it's really only a title and green name. It's a pain to get, trust me. =p
