One explanation that I might offer is that your account or another account that you share may have been compromised during the spambot and hacker attacks that we've had the past week or two and is available on the internet in public eye.

Your safest bet would be to change your account's (or other shared accounts) password and confirm with us that you have done so. After that, we will work on getting you back onto our server.

This was done as a security precaution to protect our server from said threats.

I still cant get on. It doesn't give me a message about why I was banned and I dont think I was.
