Disconnect due to Proxy Error

I keep getting disconnected and it says that I'm connecting from a known proxy, which I'm pretty sure I'm not, and it says to appeal here at the site. Can anyone tell me how to fix this? I would greatly appreciate it.

opti has been informed, please give him a little time to get this sorted. This is in relation to stopping spammers using proxies, unfortunately some players have been caught up in this. Please be patient while it's being resolved.
