Public Nether Portal

I would love to have a public nether portal that you have to pay to use but I need Admin approval to build in spawn,
some obsidian, an  Admin to make the sign to pay for it so you can use it , and a moderator to light it .
If I get Admin approval I should be able to finish in a day ;D

Really....if you have enough obsidian just make one forr yourself. And a day to make a portal it takes me 5 seconds XD
