If you look you can enable ways to contact others... Operators/mods can let there emails be available and i believe there was a thread that told operators/mods to place alternate contact information..

IRC will always be up. Go to qchat.rizon.net and for the ID, put your ingame or forum username, and for the channel, put #opticraft-SMP.

We already have lots of ways to talk. Mumble, IRC, forums.
