He can always go for Crafter :P. Crafters can kick and tp. Not sure if they can ban but maybe. Only thing they can't do is rank. Otherwise they can build and moderate the chat if they choose to :P.

and maybe later after i dont want to be an op annymore
i am just gonna go for crafter but i think i aint good enough for crafter yet  ;D
(and i am shure that crafters cant ban only kick)
