The city of Stettin -Applications closed-
Hasan (Tabooti):
The city of Stettin was founded in the middle of a forest not too far away from North town by a man named Zezenov. The Idea was to build a hotel, During the early stages of the construction Mr. Booti decided to play some minecraft, so Zezenov was like "Come to this server, help me build this little Hotel" So booti came along, through the bombarded hell of northtown and through the dangerous forests (Because we didn't realize there was a /sethome option, and we didn't know you could /home Zezenov).
So anyways, on the way to building this hotel, another man named Hexon666 who only roams when everyone is asleep built a bunch of cabins around the little hotel (Then we never heard of him again) So eventually, Zezenov decided to build another building, so he did. and those few structures became a few more.
then suddenly a bunch of nutters came along, griefed everything & deforested the forest.
Booti was in this pvp mindset and thought that he should build a wall, so he said to Zezenov "Zezenov, I'm in this PVP mindset, so let's build a massive wall". So Zezenov replied with a "You crazy, it will never get finished" So booti, realized that it would take forever to build this massive wall on his own, so he decided that he was going to have people mine for him & get the cobblestone for him, so with his super recruiting skills, he went to chat and started to recruit some people.
(Basically they get to live in this wunderbar city, and eventually get an awesome looking house, as long as they pay their taxes (In form of cobblestone, yay!)
So with this fair deal, Tabooti had a stream of cobblestone, the main gate eventually became a wall, and everything inside the city eventually became massive, and a statue came out of no where and that's how stettin was formed.

The city of stettin claims everything inside the walls of Stettin & 15 blocks away from the walls.

1:City policy is as follows:
Code of conduct*[2]:
1. Be respectful to everyone.
2. Conduct yourself in a professional and mature manner. This means that cursing, glitching, trolling,griefing, flaming, and name calling or other forms of fighting are not allowed.
3. Do not retaliate. Regardless of the situation, if something is done to you (ie Grief, insult, etc) you are not to retaliate, but are instead to inform Zezenov, Tabooti, Moderator or admin and report the problem. Anyone found retaliating will be dealt with in the same manner as the original offender.
Ownership policy*:
When you are given property in stettin, you do not own or buy it, but rather you lease it, and you are allowed to keep it as long as you pay your taxes. any breach of conduct can result in your expulsion from the city. (Note that this is extremely rare and would most likely not occur)
You cannot own a space in the public mines, the public mines are strictly public.
You are not permitted to build anywhere without permission, if you want to build anything in the city (Including a certain project) you need permission from Zezenov or tabooti.
Anything you place in the city, or contribute IE: Donations, buildings, ect ect all belong to the city of stettin (exlcuding your own items that you've placed in a PERSONAL chest).

How long are you intending on staying in Stettin? I'm not entirely sure. I have never really had a stable home, so I hope to earn one in this marvelous city.

You're applying for a VISA right?
If you are, We are renting rooms in the local hotel at 25$ per night (24 real time hours) or 150$ a week.
Just confirm that this is a VISA application ((A VISA gives you permission to live in the City of Stettin temporarily (Not permanent))
and that you can confirm the payment, and I'll get you permissions for your room.
