Does your community have city protection? No, not at the moment, but I am going to apply once I'm sure I won't be adding any additional islands to the town.

Usually a city depends on the facilities & the way you intend to run the place. The decision is completely up to you.

Marshy(Marshland) is not a theme. It's a property.
A theme would be a better description of the building types. For example: Mushroom houses etc. I'm adding for the time being though.
