Community: City/Town Registry (list)

I'm adding the city only.
For the province please make sure you have at least another city/town.
and I'd consider renaming "Epic City".
the word 'epic' is adjective, and it doesn't really sound good to name a city 'epic'.

I was looking for a new name, Also was starting consturuction on a new town in the city area.

A district doesn't really qualify as an individual community. since it's part of a city.
