It will most likely be updated (most servers need donations). If it isn't I would guess that Opti might tinker with it. Read the disclaimer BEFORE you donate, it will tell you there are no refunds.

Optical was looking at writing his own plugin for mob disguise, as the current MobDisguise plugin is very hard to work with.
So if all else fails, i'm guessing Optical will write his own.

I will update it by hand. If that fails, I will offer donors to exchange to another package, or refund. But it is unlikely that will happen :)
