Now, make sure you don't update your Minecraft until the server has updated, which may take a couple of days. If you want you could just make a copy of your jar and update it so you can try it out :P

I'm pretty excited for this update. What are your thoughts on it?

I can't wait for it. I have an animal farm with all passive mobs and I can't wait to tame some ocelots.  :D

I'm gonna be doing some testing on the 12w08a snapshot, so I'll be able to give you guys the general scope on 1.2

I am personally looking forward to 1.2, but there are also some implications that come along with this update as well that may have some negative effects for the server (it will take a while for all the necessary plugins that the server relies on to update before the server can update to 1.2 as a whole, just as a general reminder for everyone)

Im excited about this but the fact i have to wait for Optifine to update sucks, And that takes a very long time.
