Its called a mob disguise.... the whole reason to why people buy it is to be disguised as a mob. if you add a name it will take away that reason.

Just attempt to attack them if they get near, fairly simple.

Yes, you will know if it is in fact a real mob or if it's someone using a mob disguise (if the mob is hurt or not)

If the head movement is glitchy and fake, its a real mob. If the mob's head movement looks like a real person might (Stays still for a while, looks directly at you, doesn't move around a lot) its probably mob disguise.
