You must have permssion for an Admin in order to apply when apps are closed - no other ecceptions.

They are closed for a reason and you can try when they have re-opened again (which is the whole point of having an opend/closed status) ;)

ok thanx Tobs, could you remove this application or something 4 me as it's pretty much useless if it wont go through
