New theme and top voters page

Profile -> Look and Layout -> Choose a theme -> Opticraft
it's the "default" theme with an added background image and new logo. still working on it, but it's there to enjoy for now.

I REALLY like that, just tried it and I think it's rather cool! :D The block changing at the top of the page is awesome! It's similar to the default but with a bit more colour and I think it's more lively and nicer to look at! Nice work! :)
