Bad login doesn't mean that you are banned!
It means that you have no internet connection.
If all else fails, re-install Minecraft

bad login also means that someone else is using your minecraft account at the same time your trying to log in

Bad login has nothing to do with minecraft itself, You don't need to re-install it.

"Bad login" probably just means that the server refused to authenticate you.  So just exit minecraft, and try to log in again.

If you didn't buy the account from minecraft.net then that may be another reason.
