Trialing new vote page out

this should definitely not be the case. the only site this could happen on is gtop100, as they seem to have some weird cookie test thing. if this is happening on other sites as well, please provide more information like what browser you're using and if you're on a home connection. could someone else be voting from your ip? a brother, maybe?

Implosions:
I can't vote on XtremeTop100.
For one there is no captcha there, when I clicked "vote" button it directed me to a page that said something along the lines of "Fill out all of the information". So I refreshed the page and tried to vote on it again, redirected to a page saying "Enter in a username!". (Yes I filled out my username).
I'll try again later.

the xtremetop100 captcha is being reverted to the old "click here to vote" method until i can figure out why it isn't counting votes. you should now be able to click "vote" then you must type in the captcha on xtremetop100 like normal.
please don't be discouraged from voting on xtremetop100, it's the most important vote site for us :)
