After ban, all my chests are gone?

Ok so I have just served out my 5 day ban period, but when i came back in my room to where I was banned (Cords, X -159, Z 457, According to the opticraft map) On the left wall where I had 2 big chests, 2 small chests, and a crafting table along with a furnace, was all gone and the items within those chest was erverything I have collected since ive been on the smp server... So Since i was banned, did this affect the protection on my chests and furnace? Also is there any way I can get all my items back?

I dont understand I wasnt banned for griefing? But is there a way you can redo them?

If we redo your actions, you'll get your chests back but they're gonna be empty.
