Suffocation disabled

Although I haven't been hurt by suffocation (besides water XD) I'm glad a measure has been taken to prevent ppl from killing afk members. Thnx Optic!  Hopefully this'll make everyone's Opticraft life a bit easier.

Right now they do, but it can be changed.
