I know it i am wrong....

What happend:A player was moving and moving i get crazy he has nothing in his hand so i drop sand over him but shark was also there and then i was banned.But that player was very heavly moving i don't even why he was doing that but he had no items i his inventory and he just spawn there.But i had not put sand over him want i only get my self with it.So i have a nice week

Do not unban me just ban me for a week or 2weeks

sorry for that

and ask trodderostrich to watch my building if have been banned forever

I was /msg by toshiyan saying "help, I'm being griefed" so i came to see what was happening. When I teleported it took me to the top of his house.
This lead me to have to run round and find the door. By the time i had found the door in the chat it said that toshiyan suffocated. I enter the house to find sand on the floor and sand in your hand. You straight away tell me he had nothing in his inventory. So i informed you of your ban.

As far as I'm concerted this is a permanent ban as you killed someone on a non-pvp server. Unless you can explain your actions it will stay this way.

This is something what i not likely to ask:Can you delete my buildings want i can nerver play on it so they have no use anymore

P.S if it was so why he don't dig?
I was killed alot today and the player can play stil now so i don't get it
