I've seen IRC going on for 2 hours with same spam message...

No, IRC can only print like 1 message a second. And if the spammer prints 10,000 messages or whatever, it will track them all, and print them off for 10,000 seconds.

Oh IC... And people were blaming me for the lag.. =.= There was a member who was blaming me for the lag and saying I should be banned.

Dont take those things to heart. I've had random guests badmouth at me or some other really nice person for no apparent reason. In these cases, we find it best to ignore them.
