huh, she said she unbanned you, twice. the first time she actually didnt forget and the second time she said she unbanned you. weird.

But it does no harm to any blocks.
Does it hurt players?

Regardless, use of TNT is forbidden if it does harm other players/ mob entities, since it does bypass the "No PvP" rule
