Opticraft.net SMP, Ban Appeal

Hello,

I recently joined your SMP server after receiving an email, as I' play on your classic server.
When I joined, I ventured out, No tree's so, no auto regen...

Well I continued down and seen a house pretty much fully griefed, bar the floor, so I took some wood from the floor
There were no signs up of whose house it was.

So then I got disconnected, then I returned to be banned, I logged onto my other Beta account and, the Mods + Trusted were of no help due to the mass amount of players.

Ask yourself these questions:
- Did you break any of the rules? (Yes I broke a griefing rule, from which I semi griefed.)
- Did you grief another players work? (Unintentionally of Griefing.)
- Did you swear excessively? (no)
- Did you piss off an operator? (no)
- Did you draw hateful symbols or say hateful remarks? (no)

I'd be asking a Ban appeal.

Just because a house looks to be griefed does not give you any right to take stuff from it (adding onto the grief which was already there).

I didn't grief two peoples places, also o_O <---- The place didn't look griefed, It was griefed, nothing really left there...

Here is proof from one of the 20+ blocks you griefed. You should know not to destroy blocks that are not yours.

About me griefing more then one object,

Yes I did grief about 22 blocks, of wood, which was the floor.

I'm keeping this chat ethical, at out of bounds of both Language and Spelling.

Just simply asking for a Ban Appeal, nothing more, nothing less.
