Help, Snow golems?

I've had this problem with snow golems, they wont... well, snow?
Here is a video that shows what im on about...

Its, Probably cause u live in a desert biome causing the snow to bug out like so in the video.

I don't think that snow golems can produce snow in the desert.

Or a better camera, one that uses less cpu.
