I believe we did get our own channel, i remember shankymcstab being on it, but the password was only given to a select few :/

was the channel MC Opticraft Dev Server? or Minecraft-Opticraft?
With result everyone types MC, Mine... Opti.. to come in the channel?
Did we have many uploads? Subscribers?
DId we have friends? posts to forums, on facebook of our videos?
I dont think so, if that have happened, I would have seen it.

We need activity on everything we do, and no to have it off with a video once a year..

Yeah, good idea. Builders/operators should have a an official opticraft youtube channel, where they can post anything they want in the name of opticraft!

Let me complete the idea as you shown some support on that.
It has to be regulated only by Operators and admins. A common password.
The videos have to be made in a way of "project" as a group work based on each building/theme/wolrd.
So, as we have some themes, projects in crafter wolrd, the only thing that is required, is crafters and builders to give the permission for public upload.

If I see support on that, I will make a new topic with that point.

Operators has been known for doing some terrible choices from time to time. If anything Official is to be done, it will most likely fall into the hands of Relkeb/Optical.

Maybe we should wait for one of them to speak for themselves instead of making assumptions. Anyway, it would be good for pr, attract some more high-level builders.

As for the channelmanagement. I think it would be better to have users send their vids to relkeb/optical and let them decide if it goes on the channel (or make a topic for users to post their vids). For them to make them by themselves would be too much work, and we have too many operators to have a common pass imo.
