Player owned shops

I've been around some other servers lately, and I've noticed that many of them have player owned shops. I know that the server just opened officially, it's just a suggestion for the future ^_^

Unless there was the option of paying for a /warp, or some other easy way to get to shops, I don't see this happening. The market has the bonus of being extremely easy to get to, while a shop may be a 5/10 minute run away, which many players won't like.
