What exactly does becoming a recruit entail? (apart from being able to build in the recruit world(s))

Here is my latest addition, probably my tallest work so far ;)

really nice sprites, small but creative! more than what i can do. takes me for ever to make a sprite :D

when your recruit you can place lava and water also build in recruit world
