Ahhh sorry :P I agree they got harder, but to me atleast, it seems they are getting easier again...

Not in my eyes, it's the recruits that just can't build. That's why they are being rejected.

Outcast visited the server yesterday. we had a bit of a chat.

There are four types of minecraft players:

1# Children who have no idea what they're doing and click randomly. Usually caught by anti-grief.

2# Malevolent griefers who will sooner or later be banned by Ops.

3# People who like to build things but either lack the artistic vision or the ambition to break away from simple builds.

4# People who are artistic in nature and love pushing the limits of their creative abilities.

The recruit rank is populated by a mix of people from the last two categories. The significance of builder is (or should be) the recognition of people who are definitely the last type, artists driven to improve themselves.
