Accidently Banned...

Uhm, basically, I was building a house, then 4 griefers came along and absolutley raped it, whereas then a friend asked me to come to spawn, so I thought "Fuck it" and abandoned the building, letting them continue griefing. After hanging out with him for a moment, I started to go back to my building just to see that the damage was, for lulz. On my way down the path, I was randomly banned. I will say that I was randomly placing/destroying blocks on the path, (Double jumping, walking in the ground, etc) but I knew it wouldn't matter since all my actions are instantly un-done on the path. Can you fix this? :s
