Mmmm crafter is not easy to get, you won't be able to get it by building like 4 projects i believe you will have to build more just take your time.

This is not a solution.
The server exists because there are players. If the service is not provided(maps), this is an issue.
On the other hand, donated maps is a solution to those who want to have something like ownership in that server.
Moreover, this is an option only to those who are able to spend money.

it is a solution, even if its not what you consider the right solution. I had the same problem and I solved it buy buying a world, therefore making that a solution.
