well how about the Twin Towers? Egypt? the lincoin memorial, the White house, the long wall in china, the wall of china lol, The Effel tower, this:
um....a orginal building? the Ren Building, look it up if you dont know what it is.
the Titanic (unorginal, but with your Talent its would be awesome) apollo the space shuttle. a sweet robot? Palacio de Bellas Artes, or "Palace of Fine Arts" look it up :D the empire empire state building? well thats all i cant think of....well tell me if any of these you are gonna use :P

Lots of good ideas but so far none of them really make use of the full amount of space. Some of the things I was thinking... a full city being destroyed by a nuclear bomb, mushroom cloud in the center, shockwave destroying sky scrapers, and then just outside that, the pristine, about-to-be-destroyed rest of the city. Or maybe the entire Tron city as shown in the new movie, but that might be kinda boring after a while, building everything out of obsidian and teal/orange.

You could do a city getting hit by a tsunami. Placing all the water would be really difficult but it would be epic.

mmmmm, well how about a city full of seperate Buildings, but so frickin awesome, and then parts of it gets blown up because of a few meterors, or A spaceship?

I think you should build the roman colosseum
Make it the best, most detailed creation made by you so far on opticraft :D
Maybe it will even rival the statue of liberty :d
If you do make this i would look foward to seeing the outcome :D
+ if you have room you could make a scene of 2 mythological gods/titans in battle
