Anyway, I haven't seen an Operator to say "rejected".

its not 2 days, its 1 month 2 days :D

and based on what he did after his builder app got rejected, i dont think he will be promoted.

Admins only decide to reject or accept on Operators and Crafters applications.
So we cant reject this :)
