Yeah cause having PVP in the nether allows for spawn camping.

I'm sure either optical could program a way to make it so you can't spawn camp or he can find a plug in. By either making the players spawn atleast 20 blocks away and not in lava from the other or make the other player get moved to another position that's not in lava.

Although just making a pvp arena would be easier :P
