try a wired connection not WLAN if nthn happens then tryit on another pc or formate ur pc ( re-install windows and thats the best solution)
or it might be with ur internet :-/
try reseting ur routers settings :/

Reinstall windows? Nah, don't do it that. You could try it in the browser, I got that problem from my client and I tried it in the browser and I havent had a problem since.
